🌲 Yule – The Winter Solstice
December 21, 2025

Yule marks the longest night of the year and celebrates the rebirth of the sun. As the Wheel of the Year turns, we honor stillness, introspection, and the promise of light returning. This sacred Sabbat invites us to rest, reflect, and plant the spiritual seeds we’ll nurture in the coming seasons. In modern witchcraft, Yule aligns with themes of hope, hearth magick, and deep renewal.
🕯️ Suggested Rituals & Activities:
Sun Candle Ritual – Light a golden or white candle at dawn to welcome the reborn sun. Speak your intentions for growth and clarity.
Yule Log Spell – Decorate a log with dried herbs, ribbons, or runes. Burn it with gratitude for the year past and blessings for the year to come.
Winter Altar Creation – Use evergreen boughs, pinecones, cinnamon, and gold to reflect nature’s resilience and warmth.
Gift a Blessing – Craft a handmade charm, sachet, or written blessing and gift it to a loved one to share Yule’s magic.
